Though the delivery time we commit estimation and not promise or commitment, all orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of orders being placed. New orders are delivered within the time period specified during the checkout process. However, the time frame is tentative and may be delayed due to inevitable reasons. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be sent comprising your order tracking details and information on how could you track it.

If you find your product defective or damaged after receiving it, you can process a return request to us. We accept returns only in brand-new and re-sellable condition.
